Our Members

Inclusive Recruitment

We provide members with access to a unique and diverse set of candidates.  Most have qualified and trained in city firms and then had other experience beyond that: working in house, going freelance, running their own businesses or simply taking a break.

We work with women and men and always look for opportunities to include a candidate.  At any one point in time between 25% and 30% of our candidates tend to be from black, Asian or other minority ethnic background.

Building the Future

We are always on the lookout for candidates who will be interesting for our members’ talent pipeline.  We are proactive at reaching out to partners and recruitment teams whenever we come across a candidate who we think will be a good fit.

At the same time, we can work to a specific brief and do an active search for a particular talent profile or experience.  We also help clients find candidates who can pivot from one area to another.  Our aim is to help you build your future talent pool.
