Stephanie Dillon, founder of Inclusivity Partners, is an expert in recruiting returning talent and has designed and launched returner programmes in other sectors. After graduating with a music degree, and accepting a lack of talent likely to win her a Tony, she then spent fifteen years working within global recruitment firms. Her recruitment career spanned London, Sydney and Melbourne, reaching Director level where she led and grew multi disciplined teams.
Stephanie founded Inclusivity in 2015 in order to provide opportunities for so many candidates, women in particular, who were failing to make shortlists, largely due to recruitment processes that reject people with non-linear CVs. She has since launched numerous returner programmes with blue chip companies across sectors as diverse as Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Oil and Gas.
