She works with individuals going through transition or returning from periods of extended leave as they return to work.
Her guiding principles are to help each individual achieve their full potential whilst considering all aspects of their life.
Helen’s coaching is supported by a diverse career to date – which has encompassed a range of experiences and achievements from financial and business control to sales force management, transformation projects and leadership development.
Previously Helen was a Director in a FTSE 250 company, leading a large and profitable business unit.
Her passion for communication, relationships and career development led her towards coaching. She completed her Executive Coaching training with AoEC in 2012.
